With the right mindset, we can understand that our wounds are where light enters.

As your Yoga Therapist, I want you to know I'm here for you. I'm human too and have my own wounds. My own healing journey fuels my passion for helping others in holistic wellness.

While it's sometimes hard for me to see myself as a "healer" because of my ongoing healing journey, I truly believe my strengths as a healer stem from my experience walking the path; the more light I cultivate in my life, the more light I can share with you.

The battle

“This is the where the Warrior is fighting the real battle – within ourselves, over the distractions of the body, our emotions, and our thoughts. Sometimes we think it’s “out there”, that the world is doing “it” to us, whatever that is. But the battle is going on inside of us, in how we respond to the world.”

To respond, rather than react to the world is a matter of the nervous system; for it is our nervous systems that are the portal to a still mind & a peaceful life.

I am incredibly thankful for my yoga practice, for it has allowed me to befriend my nervous system & heal my relationship with myself and my surrounding world.
